Die Debütsingle von The Noise erscheint am 5. September bei Rookie Records! Der Titelsong zieht seine musikalischen Einflüsse aus den überfüllten und extrem lauten Straßen von New York City. Sänger und Frontmann ist der ehemalige Misfits-Drummer Arthur Googy (Walk Among Us, LiveEvil, 3 Hits from Hell).
Den Stil kann man besten mit Post Punk, Noise und Cut Throat Hard Rock bezeichnen. Richard Hell trifft auf The Clash trifft auf Television. "East Of First ist ein wahre Punk Hymne“, sagt der Frontmann der Cro-Mags John Joseph. Auf der B-Seite findet man „Saviour at Night“, der mit einem Fugazi Groove und provokanten Lyrics um die Ecke kommt und einen in den Bann zieht. Am Schlagzeug sitzt kein Geringerer als Billy Ficca von Television! Aufgenommen und produziert in Brooklyn, New York von Ian Love (Rival Schools, States & Kingdoms).

The Noise's debut single will be out in Europe on Sept 5th on Rookie Records! The single "East of First" takes its musical influences from the over crowded and extremely loud streets of New York City. The singer and front man is Arthur "Googy" drummer of The Misfits (Walk Among Us, Live Evil, 3 Hits from Hell). For most people "the real Misfits". This first vinyl 7 inch is best described as Post Punk, Noise, and Cut throat hard Rock. Like Richard Hell fronting the Clash listening to Television. 'East of First' is a real punk anthem...says John Joseph (singer of Cro-Mags): "The Noise is Great. 'East of first' is the real thing". On the flip we find "Saviour at Night". This Fugazi like groove corners your attention with provocative words and delivery. The track features the great Billy Ficca (Television) on drums. Recorded and mixed in Brooklyn, New York by Ian Love (Rival Schools, States & Kingdoms).
